CARP – Enhancing the Rights and Quality of Life for Older Canadians Through Market Research

Overview:
In the CARP project, I led the design of the questionnaire and market research. CARP, the Canadian Association of Retired Persons, is dedicated to improving the rights and quality of life for older Canadians. The core task of this project was to gather feedback from website visitors on CARP’s services, benefits, and new educational programs. This research provided data to support future marketing and membership strategies. My role encompassed the entire process, from consumer insights to the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring that CARP’s services were tailored to the target audience’s needs.
